Avemore At Sedgefield is a holiday home situated in Sedgefield. The property features a large front veranda that opens onto a spacious lounge area equipped with a fireplace, comfortable furniture, and a sizeable dining table. Upstairs, there is a cozy entrance area that connects to a bathroom with a shower, toilet, bathtub, and basin. Adjacent to this bathroom is another toilet and basin. The upstairs section of the house comprises a bedroom with bunk beds, a bedroom with two single beds, and another bedroom with a queen-size bed. These rooms feature built-in cupboards, lovely furniture, linens, wooden blinds, and ceiling fans.

An additional bonus is the second lounge area, complete with a coffee nook, an extra washing machine, and a dishwasher. On this side of the large home, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a spacious family bedroom consisting of a king-size bed, twin single beds, tables, chairs, and a bathroom. The property also offers a boma, an outdoor area ideal for enjoyable evenings, creating a lovely private retreat at the back of the garden. A wooden staircase leads to an amazing balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture, and a Weber grill is provided for summer evening braais.

Ample parking is available under the shady trees in front of or on the side of the house. An outdoor shower, basin, and toilet are conveniently located for teenagers and for rinsing off after a day spent at the lagoon or beach. Guests can bring their canoes or kayaks and enjoy the use of a safe lagoon and one of South Africa's largest freshwater lakes without the need to travel anywhere.
