The Ballito Beach House is a free-standing 4-bedroom house located in Ballito. It is a family home situated in the best location, approximately 5 minutes walk from the beach. The spacious rooms and living area flow onto the deck, which offers a sea view. The recently renovated kitchen, dining room, and lounge also overlook the sea. The house has a garden where children can play. It is within walking distance of shops, beach pubs, and restaurants. Parking is available for 2 cars, or more if the flat is not occupied. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

An additional beautiful, modern studio flat can be let together with the main house (at a discounted rate) or separately. The studio flat is suitable for 2 adults and 2 young children under the age of 10.

The Ballito Beach House is a charming and spacious 4-bedroom home with sea views, being one of the original homes in the area. It is located in the hub of Ballito and is a 5 to 10-minute walk from the main beaches. Two bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has bunk beds for children, and the fourth bedroom has a separate entrance off the double carport with 2 single beds pushed together, its own basin, shower, and toilet. Two house-trained small dogs are welcome.

The recently renovated open-plan kitchen features quartz countertops with a dishwasher, washing machine, hob, and a fan oven. The large dining room and lounge overlook the ocean and catch the cooling sea breezes. There is a TV in the lounge, but guests need to bring their own decoder (not all hardware will be compatible with dish or LMB). The house is not compatible with Explora. Wi-Fi is available. At the rear of the house, there is a double carport which provides covered parking for two cars.

Guests have access to the entire four-bedroom beach house. The garden is perfect for a sunset braai, either on the side of the house, in the garden near the deck, or in the carport if the weather is inclement. Guests can also cross the road and have sundowners on the beach while watching the moon.
