Baltimore Beach Cottage

The Baltimore Beach Cottage is a self-catering accommodation located in a three-bedroom house situated within close proximity to the beach in the small seaside village of Boggoms Bay, just south of Mossel Bay. It offers comfortable accommodation with sea views.

The house comprises three bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area. The main bedroom contains a double bed, while the second and third bedrooms contain twin beds. A camping cot is also provided. The dining area is equipped with an eight-seater dining room table and chairs, and the kitchen is furnished with a fridge, oven and stove, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, and a kettle. A TV with DStv is available for guests' entertainment.

Guests can enjoy sea views from the upstairs balcony, and have access to braai facilities and secure parking. Boggoms Bay is located 30 km from Mossel Bay and is in close proximity to the Gouritz River mouth. There is no shop in Boggoms Bay, with the nearest one being in Vleesbaai, located 9 km away. The village features a long strip of golden beach, which stretches for miles, ideal for long walks and the chance to view the bird life, particularly the oyster catchers. This stretch of coastline features on the Oyster Catcher trail, a popular five-day trail highly regarded around the world for its coastal views and biodiversity.

Attractions and activities in and around Boggoms Bay include Fransmanshoek Conservancy, Garden Route Game Reserve, Garden Route National Park, Mossel Bay Golf Club, and whale watching. Additionally, the Boggomsbaai Golf course is located 100 m from the beach.
