Barlinka Lane Flatlet/Self-Catering

Barlinka Lane Flatlet/Self-Catering is a self-contained, self-catering flatlet located on the side of the main house in Somerset West. It has its own private entrance. The flatlet comprises one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and basin, and a separate toilet. It also features a kitchenette equipped with a built-in two-plate hob, electric frying pan, a bar fridge, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle.

The bedroom includes a flat-screen TV with all the DSTV channels and uncapped wi-fi. There is an outside terrace with braai facilities, two-seater benches, a table, and an umbrella. Guests have access to safe parking inside the property as well as a space to park a trailer on site. The unit will be cleaned once a week at no charge for long-staying guests, while short-staying guests can request cleaning for a fee of R175.

Somerset West offers various attractions, including the Helderberg Nature Reserve, Lourensford weekend markets, the cheetah sanctuary at Cheetah Outreach, and numerous wine farms. Strand beach is a 7-minute drive away, and there are many great restaurants nearby. Gordons Bay and Stellenbosch are also within a 20-minute drive from the flatlet.
