Barton Villas comprises five luxurious Tuscan-style self-catering villas nestled in the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve near Bot River. The property offers breathtaking views of mountains, vineyards, olive groves, lavender fields, and Walker Bay. Located just one hour from Cape Town International Airport and twenty minutes from Hermanus, the estate serves as an ideal base for exploring the Western Cape.

The villas vary in size and capacity, accommodating between four to eight guests. The largest villa, Heron, features three double en-suite rooms and one twin en-suite room, while Hammerkop, the smallest, offers two en-suite double bedrooms. Plover, Blue Crane, and Dove villas each accommodate six guests with varying configurations of double and twin en-suite rooms.

Each villa is thoughtfully appointed with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, DStv, and indoor fireplaces. Outdoor features include private swimming pools and jacuzzis or wood-fired hot tubs.
