Barton Villas consists of five Tuscan-style self-catering villas situated in the heart of the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve near Bot River. The villas offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains, vineyards, olive groves, and lavender fields to Walker Bay. Each villa has three double en-suite rooms, one twin en-suite room, an open-plan living area with an indoor fireplace, an indoor games area with a pool table, table tennis, dartboard, and an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi.

The farm is located one hour's drive from Cape Town International Airport and twenty minutes' drive from Hermanus, providing a perfect base from which to explore the Western Cape. Pets are welcome with prior arrangement. One of the cozy villas can accommodate up to six people. It consists of two double bedrooms and one twin room, each spacious with cupboard space and en-suite bathrooms. The villa is situated close to the tennis court and offers amenities such as a swimming pool, wood-fired hot tub, log fire, Wi-Fi, and DStv.
