Bayala Private Safari Lodge and Camp is a recently renovated family-oriented lodge situated approximately three hours' drive north of King Shaka International Airport, Durban. It is located within a non-malaria, Big 5 private conservancy spanning close to 30,000 hectares of unspoiled wilderness. Guests can embark on open safari vehicle game drives with experienced rangers to view lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, rhino, zebra, giraffe, and various other plains game.

The Safari Lodge and Camp are located within a short driving distance from each other. The Safari Lodge has recently undergone renovations, while the Camp is currently undergoing renovations. Each accommodation option features 24 comfortable, thatch-roofed en-suite rooms decorated in neutral bushveld colors throughout. The Safari Lodge features a beautiful and restful lounge area, a rustic bar, and an informal dining area where guests can enjoy meals either indoors or outdoors.
