This beach house, named Cape Town Kite Club, is a 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom accommodation that can sleep up to 16 people. It is suitable for large groups such as family reunions, visiting sports teams, or corporate getaways. However, the property strictly prohibits loud or noisy parties, and any such bookings will be terminated immediately.

The house is equipped with a large solar electricity system and battery backup, ensuring resilience against power outages. Located just 100 meters from the sea in Big Bay, the property offers quick access to the beach and sweeping views of Cape Town City and Table Mountain from the balcony. The surrounding hills lead to Durbanville, an area known for its wineries and restaurants.

A cleaner is available to clean the house daily, except on Sundays, public holidays, or unavoidable absences. The house features one room with a king-size bed, one room with a queen-size bed, three rooms with twin beds, and two rooms with three single beds each. It is important to note that the property is only available for rent from mid-March to the end of October and is not available from November 1st to mid-March.
