Each unit has its own private entrance, outdoor deck/patio, and social/BBQ area. This listing offers both homes as an all-in-one holiday let that can accommodate up to eight guests, making it suitable for separate families or a larger group.

The Beach Studio Scarborough is situated in a spacious garden, just a two-minute walk from the spectacular Scarborough Beach. The Baby Bungalow features a 40m sq open-plan living space with large sash windows and two comfortable day beds. The well-equipped, open-plan kitchen has a central island for cooking and dining. There is a covered private braai area off the kitchen. The en-suite bedroom contains a built-in queen bed with drawers and hanging space, as well as a Victorian slipper bath, hand basin, and toilet. Outside, there is a sheltered deck with a secluded outdoor shower. The bedroom and bathroom are contained in a beautifully converted aluminum caravan that has been expertly fitted to float off the wall of the studio space, with direct access from the living room through a sliding door.

The Family Bungalow is a characterful family bungalow with an open-plan living room and eat-in kitchen with concertina doors leading onto a spacious, sun-drenched deck. The main bedroom has a four-poster bed, and there is a family bathroom across the passage. The second bedroom and bunk room are adjoined, making the house perfect for two couples with children or one couple with older and younger kids. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the bunk room has two single beds. The family bathroom features a large steel bath and a private outdoor shower under the trees.

Nearby attractions include Boulders Beach, Simonstown Harbour, The Artist's Gallery, Steenberg Wine Estate, Cape Point, and Chapman's Peak. It is worth noting that there is limited cellular connectivity in the area. The owner occasionally uses the Family Bungalow and Baby Bungalow.
