Beachbreak At Dwarswegstrand is a three-bedroom unit located in close proximity to the beach. The unit is situated near the Great Brak River and is approximately halfway between George and Mossel Bay. The unit is designed to provide a safe, private, and secure environment.

The unit consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and one separate toilet. It features a spacious open-plan kitchen and lounge area. Additionally, there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine. Two refrigerator/freezers and a washing machine are available for convenience.

A DSTV point is provided, but guests are required to bring their own decoder, as cards and decoders need to be paired, which can create issues. Guests are also advised to bring their own linen and towels.

The surrounding area offers several golf courses, including a 9-hole course located just before Great Brak, approximately a 5-minute drive away. Larger golf courses can be found towards George and Mossel Bay, such as the renowned Fancourt and Oubaai (designed by Ernie Els).

Children are the kings and queens at this resort. They can safely ride their bicycles around the blocks. During the Christmas season, if desired, everyone on the resort can gather around a large "Christmas tree," creating a festive atmosphere enjoyed by the children.
