The accommodation, referred to as 'Beachscape,' is a modern holiday home featuring an eco-friendly design and contemporary interior. It is a spacious property capable of comfortably accommodating up to ten individuals across its five bedrooms, all of which offer unobstructed views. The accommodation is well-suited for groups and families seeking self-catering accommodation in close proximity to the beach.

The modern house comprises five spacious bedrooms, each equipped with either a balcony or large sliding windows that can be fully opened to allow the fresh ocean air to permeate the room. The house is designed across two levels, with the majority of bedrooms situated on the upper level and the main living area located on the ground floor. The large property also includes a courtyard, entertainment area, double garage, and direct beach access.

The ground floor houses an open-plan library, TV lounge, kitchen, and entrance hall. All the ground-floor areas are equipped with fold and stack doors, enabling free-flowing access to the decks, pool, and entertainment areas with braai facilities. The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers stunning views, a scullery, and a dining area that opens onto the exterior entertainment space.

The owners of Beachscape are committed to environmental sustainability, incorporating measures such as a rainwater storage facility and extensive use of solar energy for power and hot water into this beautiful, state-of-the-art holiday home. It is important to note that this property is not available for Plett Rage students.

This luxury beach-side villa sleeps ten guests across its five bedrooms, all equipped with en-suite bathrooms. Four bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the fifth bedroom is a separate unit on the basement level. Most of the rooms enjoy views of the ocean and pool area. The house is fully equipped for self-catering and offers direct beach access via a private walkway.
