Beacon House is a residential complex located in Knysna, South Africa, near the Heads, a striking geological feature along the Garden Route. The sandstone headlands flank a deep and sometimes treacherous channel that floods the Knysna lagoon. The house is situated against the eastern head at the mouth of the Indian Ocean and features four spacious, luxury apartments.
Each of the serviced apartments at Beacon House provides guests with the flexibility of a self-catering environment, allowing optimal freedom to design their own itinerary. The design of the apartments reflects an easy living holiday atmosphere while incorporating sleek modern finishes. A walkway within the development provides residents with access to various stunning viewpoints at The Heads.
Beacon House is situated in close proximity to Fountain Point, a white beacon used as a guiding point for sailors attempting to negotiate the passage through the Heads. Built into the side of a steep slope, Beacon House offers views across the lagoon and out to sea.
The residential complex is within walking distance of the lagoon, a restaurant, and a coffee bar, and it offers ample parking for visitors. One of the first-floor apartments at Beacon House has water views, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate scullery and laundry, a bar, a dining area, a lounge with DSTV, a reading nook, and a patio running the full length of the apartment with a Weber braai, dining area, and sun loungers. The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
