The apartment is a tastefully decorated self-catering unit situated in Bokkemanskloof, a charming residential eco-estate in the Upper Valley of Hout Bay. It has a separate bathroom and kitchenette, offering beautiful mountain views and accommodating two guests comfortably. The apartment is adjacent to a private family home and has its own entrance and staircase.

It provides off-street parking for one vehicle and is suitable for a couple or single occupancy. The apartment is equipped with a battery and inverter to ensure the lights and Wi-Fi remain operational during load-shedding. A cadac gas ring is also provided for cooking.

The main room features a queen-size bed and opens onto a private balcony through large sliding doors, affording beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The fully-equipped kitchenette includes a microwave, double hob, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and all necessary utensils. The en-suite bathroom has a double sink, shower, and a separate bathtub. A camp cot can be provided upon request, and Wi-Fi and a TV are available.
