The Beckhuis is a cafe and guesthouse located in the heart of Worcester. The property was originally bought in 1840 by a local shopkeeper, Daniel Laquerenne, for R30. The building was erected in 1841. It was later sold to Thomas Heatlie in 1854, who subsequently sold it to Cornelius Beck.

The Beckhuis Guesthouse offers spacious and luxurious guestrooms that blend modern amenities with the enchantment of 1940s architectural style, featuring thick walls, wooden shutters, and original wooden floors. The guestrooms are equipped with king beds that can be separated into twin beds upon request. They come with high-quality linens, cozy en-suite bathrooms with a toilet, basin, and shower.

The Beckhuis Cafe is open six days a week, allowing guests to enjoy the tranquility of the garden with outdoor seating under a vineyard pergola or the indoor seating area with its hearty antique decor with a modern twist.
