Benlize Lodge

Benlize Lodge is a hospitality establishment that features thatched cottages situated atop a hill, boasting picturesque views of the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course at Pecanwood and the Hartbeespoort Dam. Each accommodation unit is fully furnished with necessary cutlery and linen.

The property comprises four private, self-catering units, all equipped with their own lapa and braai facilities. The chalets are fully equipped and constructed using mountain rocks. Benlize Lodge features a lapa area, which serves as an ideal venue for hosting functions or simply for relaxing and enjoying a traditional South African braai. Additionally, the establishment offers a swimming pool and a tennis court for guests' recreational activities.

The surrounding area presents a wealth of outdoor adventures and adrenaline-fueled activities to suit various interests. These range from hiking to white-water river rafting trips and hot air ballooning during sunrise. The North West region caters to diverse preferences with its array of offerings.

Situated in close proximity to the Hartbeespoort Dam, which is encircled by the majestic Magaliesberg Mountain range, Benlize Lodge is an ideal base for water sports enthusiasts. The establishment is suitable for hosting birthdays, small weddings, and various other functions, with glassware and cutlery available to accommodate a maximum of 30 people.

One of the units is perched on the edge of the mountain, affording views of both the northern and eastern sides. The double-story thatch unit exudes a homely and warm ambiance with its wooden features. The main bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom features a double bed, a single bed, and an en-suite bathroom. The unit is equipped with a fully-furnished kitchen, a lounge area with a fireplace, and a TV for relaxing evenings. Wireless Internet connection is available for guests to access the internet on their laptops.
