Bergville Caravan Park And Chalets is situated on the foothills of the Drakensberg, on the banks of the Tugela River. It offers guests accommodation options in the form of fully equipped Chalets, Park Homes, Rondavels, or Campsites. Each Chalet is furnished with a double bed, two single beds, and has a private bathroom with a shower. The kitchens are fully equipped with stoves, ovens, microwaves, fridges, tea and coffee facilities, and TVs. Three of the Chalets also have lounge areas for guests to relax.

The Park Homes are furnished with double beds and have fully equipped kitchens and private bathrooms, while the Rondavels are furnished with single beds and also have private bathrooms, but no kitchens. For campers, there are 40 campsites available, with 20 offering electrical points. The Campsites share the use of an ablution block with showers and baths.

The caravan park provides various entertainment options such as trampolines, a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a bowling green. A coffee shop and a nursery are also located on the premises, and the resort caters for weddings, conferences, and other private functions. Given its location next to a river, the property is ideal for canoeing and fishing activities. Nearby attractions include picturesque hiking trails at Cathkin Park, Cathedral Peak, Champagne Castle, Oliviershoek, and Royal National Park Mount Aux Sources, as well as various historical monuments in the area.
