Bhejane Game Reserve

Bhejane Game Reserve is located in the picturesque Groot River Valley, situated halfway between Steytlerville and Willowmore, on the western side of the Eastern Cape. It is situated just north of Baviaanskloof and offers visitors an experience of the real bushveld atmosphere in the Karoo.

All accommodation at Bhejane Game Reserve is self-catering, and each facility is booked out exclusively, ensuring total privacy. The reserve offers accommodation in luxury river chalets, a bush camp with permanent tents, and a lodge. Visitors also have the option to bring their own tents and set up camp at the campsite. The river chalets are located right on the river bank, which is an ideal spot for freshwater fishing. The lodge offers stunning views over the Grootrivier Mountains and is situated close to the lapa, bar, and swimming pool, while the campsite is located under a canopy of Acacia thorn trees.

Additionally, Bhejane Game Reserve now offers paintball games for corporate team-building events or games among friends, with 20 paintball guns available. The reserve is home to a wide variety of birds, ensuring that avid bird-watchers will find at least a hundred different species during their stay.

The lodge at Bhejane Game Reserve offers a stunning view over the Grootrivier Mountains and is situated close to the lapa, bar, and swimming pool. It consists of two rooms, each with two single beds, and a nice braai area.
