Bietjie Rus

Bietjie Rus is a small working farm located in the Sunday River Valley, near the town of Addo, which is home to the world-renowned Addo Elephant National Park. The accommodation consists of two self-catering units and a bedroom in the main house. The self-catering units are separate from the main house and are equipped with well-equipped kitchenettes to cater to guests' self-catering needs.

Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or have a braai (barbecue) on the premises. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, secure parking, and meals are available upon request at an additional cost. As conservationists, the owners love all living animals, and the farm is home to a small number of animals, including sheep, chickens, bee hives, and dogs.

Nearby attractions include the Addo Elephant National Park, where guests can experience excellent elephant and game viewing. The owners, Sorita and Andrew, who are both conservationists and registered guides, offer guided game drives in the Addo Elephant National Park. Sorita also speaks fluent German.

While in Addo, guests can enjoy various exciting activities, such as game viewing, horse riding, elephant back safaris, hiking, citrus tours, private game reserves, donkey cart rides, and mountain walks. The establishment is family-friendly, with a spacious garden, friendly dogs, and a swimming pool for hot summer days.

The bedroom located in the main house has a private entrance and is furnished with a double bed. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, and the room also has air conditioning for hot days.
