Blaauwheim Guest House is an exclusive establishment situated in Somerset West. It is co-owned by Johan and Jo-Anne Blaauw. The guest house offers two luxurious suites, Pinotage and Chardonnay. Each suite comprises a lounge, dining and kitchenette area, a spacious en-suite bedroom, a guest toilet, and a veranda or balcony. Ample secure parking is available within the premises.

The guest house features a lush garden with indigenous yellowwood trees frequented by many birds, as well as a substantial collection of cycads. It prides itself on being a place where strangers become friends and friends become part of the family.

Blaauwheim Guest House is located in the heart of the famous Cape Winelands, near the long sandy beaches of the Strand. It is within easy reach of Hermanus, a whale watchers' paradise. Golfers are spoilt for choice with a selection of golf courses on the doorstep. Stellenbosch, the second oldest town in the country, is a mere 10 minutes away, and Franschhoek is another 15 minutes along a beautiful scenic route.

Cape Town, famous for Table Mountain, Robben Island, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, the V&A Waterfront, excellent shopping centres, sports facilities, theatres and entertainment, is only 40 minutes away. This vibrant metropolis with its kaleidoscope of culture is one of the top ten most visited cities in the world.
