Black Horse Estate

Black Horse Estate is a private artisanal craft brewery and distillery estate located in the heart of Magaliesburg, where luxury meets nature. The estate offers more than just accommodation; it provides an unforgettable experience. It is located on a picturesque farm, offering a tranquil getaway that caters to all occasions, from conferences to weddings and special events.

As one steps onto the estate, they are greeted by the sights and sounds of nature, including Friesian horses galloping freely, Belted Galloway cattle grazing peacefully, and a chorus of chickens clucking in the distance. The guest accommodation is carefully designed to ensure comfort and satisfaction, featuring 7 individually decorated suites and a charming manor house.

Each suite can accommodate two guests and features an en-suite bathroom, along with amenities such as a mini-bar fridge and tea and coffee-making facilities. The Black Horse View Manor, the crown jewel of the estate, can accommodate up to 10 guests with its spacious bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and a lounge area complete with a cozy fireplace. It also features a private swimming pool and braai facilities, perfect for warm summer days.

The estate offers a delightful dining experience at its on-site restaurants. From Monday to Thursday, the Sables Cafe provides a variety of mouthwatering meals, while the Black Horse restaurant welcomes visitors from Friday to Sunday. For special events or business conferences, a well-equipped banquet hall is available, with in-house catering provided.

Visitors can indulge in brewery and distillery tours, as well as beer tasting sessions, to dive deeper into the art of craft brewing and distilling. The estate also offers opportunities for relaxation, such as leisurely strolls through the gardens, shaded by towering Pecan nut trees, or exploring the meadow where the magnificent Friesian horses graze.

The Belladonna Suite, located next to the Brewery, offers an en-suite accommodation with a shower. It provides a full range of amenities, ensuring guests enjoy a great night on the estate, including beer in the room and a TV with limited movies. The suite has its own private area.
