Black Horse Estate is an exclusive artisanal craft brewery and distillery situated in Magaliesburg, combining luxury accommodations with natural beauty. The estate serves as both a tranquil retreat and a versatile venue for conferences, weddings, and special events.

The property showcases a rich agricultural setting where Friesian horses, Belted Galloway cattle, and free-range chickens contribute to its pastoral charm. The accommodation offerings include seven distinct suites and a manor house, each thoughtfully appointed for guest comfort.

The suites are designed for double occupancy and come equipped with en-suite bathrooms, mini-bar fridges, and tea/coffee facilities. The Black Horse View Manor, the estate's premium accommodation, can host up to ten guests and features multiple bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with fireplace, private swimming pool, and braai facilities.

Dining options include the Sables Cafe, operating Monday through Thursday, and the Black Horse restaurant, serving guests from Friday to Sunday. A well-appointed banquet hall with in-house catering services is available for events and conferences.

The estate offers engaging activities including brewery and distillery tours and beer tasting sessions. Guests can enjoy leisurely walks through pecan-lined gardens or explore the meadows where Friesian horses graze. The property features various themed suites, each with its own character and history, from the converted tool shed that became the Firefly Suite to the historic Ivy Cottage, once a pear shack dating back to the 17th or 18th century when the valley was a pear plantation.
