Black Oystercatcher Cottages

Black Oystercatcher Cottages offer self-catering accommodation in Bredasdorp. The cottages are located on a safe working wine farm, next to the Black Oystercatcher tasting room and farm shop. There are four beautifully furnished cottages, each with a king-size bed or two single beds and a private bathroom. The cottages feature equipped kitchenettes with microwaves but no ovens. Two of the cottages have fireplaces in the lounge area for the winter months.

Each cottage has a patio with an expansive view and access to a braai area. Linen and towels are provided, and guests have access to free Wi-Fi. The cottages are set in an open space, not enclosed or fenced, to provide a full country experience. From the cottages, guests have easy access to the R43 road, leading to nearby towns such as Elim, Struisbaai, and Bredasdorp.

Guests can enjoy wine tastings and pre-book platters for lunch at the venue, as well as purchase sweet and savory snacks from the farm shop, subject to availability. The shop also offers a range of quality gifts. In summer, guests can use the outdoor pool located in front of the venue and explore the natural landscape for activities like cycling and hiking.
