Black Rock Beach Cottage

Black Rock Beach Cottage is a beach cottage establishment that has been in operation for 21 years. It is situated in a large tropical garden just a short distance away from the sand and sea in Zinkwazi Beach. The property comprises three separate units: a 10-sleeper, a 6-sleeper, and a 4-sleeper, which can be rented out individually or as a single unit.

The cottage's bathrooms and kitchens are somewhat outdated, but they are fully functional. Black Rock Beach Cottage is located directly on the beachfront, providing opportunities to observe dolphins and occasional whales, as well as access to a beautiful lagoon suitable for fishing or boating.

The property is secured with fencing, an alarm system linked to armed response, burglar bars on all windows, and security gates on all doors. Additionally, it features a laundry facility and ample secure parking.

Zinkwazi Beach, where the cottage is situated, is a rare unspoiled holiday destination located on the subtropical coast approximately 80 km north of Durban. It is home to a nature conservancy with an indigenous forest teeming with birdlife and undulating golden beaches.

The bottom section of the main house, referred to as the 'Rustic Beach Front Units,' can accommodate up to six guests. It includes two bedrooms, one bathroom with a separate toilet and basin, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook, a TV lounge with DSTV and a premium package smart card, and a patio with braai facilities. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and linen is provided, but towels are not included.
