Blarney Stone Cottages

Blarney Stone Cottages is a property located on the Mondamin farm, situated 10 km away from Maclear. The cottage is situated on a working sheep and cattle farm. It is a beautiful double-story unit capable of accommodating up to eight guests across four bedrooms.

The cottage features two en-suite bathrooms, making it well-suited for four adults and four children, as two of the rooms are loft bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, and the dining room and lounge areas are open plan. A Jetmaster gas fireplace is available to provide warmth during winter.

The unit is positioned away from the main farmhouses, ensuring privacy for guests, and has its own designated parking area. Visitors can spend their time relaxing, hiking, trout fishing, and even exploring fossilized dinosaur footprints. Qualified nature guides can be arranged to take guests to world-famous rock art sites and rare Drakensberg orchids during the summer months. Guests can experience the authentic farm life by waking up to the sound of shepherds herding the sheep.

The cottage consists of four bedrooms, with two loft rooms suitable for children and two bedrooms downstairs, each with an en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has twin beds that can be configured as a king-size bed, also with an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the fourth has a double bed.
