Blue Sea Guest House

Blue Sea Guest House is a modern, upscale guest house located in the tranquil suburb of Vincent Heights, East London, South Africa. It charges per person, per night, rather than per unit or for the entire establishment. Children are welcome, and they pay the same rates as adults. For the safety and security of guests, the guest house limits free, unmonitored access to non-guests and strangers on the premises.

Similar to large hotels, Blue Sea Guest House only allows paying guests on the premises for health and safety reasons. Non-paying individuals such as boyfriends, girlfriends, family members, or work colleagues are not permitted on the premises or in guest suites, even for short periods.

The guest house offers various room types and descriptions. Pool View 1 is a studio flatlet that sleeps two guests. The main bedroom is equipped with two single Cloud Nine luxury beds that can be joined to form a king-size double bed upon prior arrangement. It has a modern, fully tiled private full bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. The separate TV lounge/kitchenette features a mini-fridge, microwave/griller, toaster, kettle, cutlery, and crockery but no stove. The TV lounge seating arrangement includes a single Cloud Nine luxury single bed that can be used as an extra bed for a third guest in an emergency and by prior arrangement. Pool View 1 offers free 100mbps Wi-Fi, a satellite guest house DSTV package, and a flat-screen 32-inch TV. The suite has two entrances: one from the secure parking area and another sliding door leading to and from the swimming pool, braai, and garden area.

Pool View 2 is an Executive Studio Suite suitable for one professional business member, a sales representative, or a romantic couple. It is equipped with a firm Cloud Nine luxury double bed, a desk, mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, flat-screen TV, cutlery, and crockery but no stove. The main entrance is from the parking area via a garage, and a second sliding door entrance leads to the swimming pool deck, braai, and garden area.

Garden View 3 is the flagship family flat, sleeping four guests (or five by prior arrangement). The main bedroom suite has a double orthopedic bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet, which must be shared with guests in the second bedroom. The second bedroom has two single Cloud Nine beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed upon prior arrangement. The third room is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an island-style seating arrangement, a two-plate stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, cutlery, crockery, pots, and pans. A private patio sliding door leads to a flowery garden and a built-in braai facility with seating. In case of an emergency and by prior arrangement, the L-shaped seating arrangement can sleep one adult guest or two children. The flat has a 32-inch plasma flat-screen TV, a DSTV viewing package, free 100mbps Wi-Fi, and its own private entrance, safe parking behind high walls, and an electric gate.

Sea View 4 and Sea View 5 are newly renovated, ultra-modern Executive Studio Suites that sleep one or two guests. They boast a double Cloud Nine luxury bed, a romantic full en-suite bathroom with a large shower, toilet, and basin, and a separate open-plan full kitchen with a two-plate stove, mini-fridge, toaster, microwave oven, pots and pans, and all cutlery and crockery. These suites feature a desk/makeup area with a mirror and spectacular sea and valley views. The swimming pool and braai facilities are nearby, and they are perfectly suited for executive and professional business people who want to indulge themselves. Safe, secure parking is available behind high walls with an electric security gate.

Blue Sea Guest House is a 2.5km drive from several white sand beaches with great surfing spots at Nahoon Reef, Yellow Sands, and Eastern Beach, as well as fishing, three shopping malls, a casino, golf courses, game arcades, putt-putt, go-cart racing, paintball, and a trampoline park for bored children. The airport is a 12-minute drive away. The guest house is situated in the middle of the action while offering a safe and peaceful retreat when guests want to relax at home with a cold beverage in a private flowery garden.
