Bo Kouga Mountain Retreat is located in the Kouga Mountain range, providing a getaway from the chaos of modern city living. The 300-hectare mountain retreat offers the opportunity to explore nature at its best. Guests can enjoy laid-back days of tranquility amidst fauna, flora, and starlit nights, with dramatic landscapes, sensational panoramic mountain views, and cool streams.

Nature lovers will appreciate Bo Kouga Mountain Retreat, where birds fly freely, wild flowers carpet the countryside, and the occasional leopard roams the mountain ravines. The retreat offers peace and quiet, allowing guests to set their own pace, whether it's swimming, walking, hiking, or simply relaxing around the cottage. A third of the farm remains unexplored mountains, ideal for hiking and discovering other vegetation and streams. The waterfall on the farm was discovered only two years ago.

The farm buildings and accommodation have undergone extensive renovations, with well-appointed interiors designed for utmost comfort. Some of the outbuildings date back to the 1860s, including two of the four cottages. The retreat is ideally situated between the Garden Route, R62, and the Baviaanskloof, offering a quintessential country vacation.

The 1860's Cape Dutch-style house has been beautifully renovated, featuring two very comfortable bedrooms. Room 1 has a queen bed, Room 2 has two single beds, and the open plan lounge has one single bed. The bathroom has a shower, and the fully equipped kitchen provides towels and bedding.
