Bonavanti is a luxurious house located in St Francis Bay, offering acclaimed views of the bay and boasting the best coastal view along the Eastern Cape. The property is perched above the famous surf spot known as Bruces and features four luxurious bedrooms and three bathrooms, overlooking the stunning vistas of St Francis Bay.

The house has recently undergone renovations and updates, incorporating only the finest finishes. The open-plan kitchen, dining area, and two lounges are spacious and light-filled, offering generous views of the ocean. The inside dining room table can comfortably seat 14 guests, while the outside table on the large sheltered patio with a built-in braai can accommodate 10 guests. The patio leads to a refreshing solar-heated infinity pool, and there are three outdoor showers available to rinse off the salty sea sand.

The house promotes outdoor living, with all living areas opening fully to embrace the sun's rays. However, the interior is equally lush as its outdoor counterpart. Access to the ocean below is provided through a private path leading down to the rocks, making it an ideal location for swimming, surfing, fishing, and leisurely strolls along the water's edge.

Bonavanti features four spacious bedrooms with refreshing sea views. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, offering direct sea views through huge sliding doors that open onto the outside area. The second bedroom is equipped with bunk beds suitable for four guests, while the third bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. The fourth bedroom is a peaceful and quiet space with a queen-size bed.
