The establishment is regarded as one of the oldest buildings in Knysna and has recently undergone extensive refurbishment, providing modern comforts while maintaining a warm and charming atmosphere.

Bond Lodge Bed & Breakfast is a homestay with a friendly and helpful owner who previously worked as a tour guide. Children are welcome, but it is important to note that the pool is not fenced. However, if the stay is longer than five days, the pool can be fenced upon request. The Family Twin Room accommodates four guests with two twin beds and a sofa bed suitable for two children. This room also features an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
