Bontkop

The guest house, known as Bontkop, is situated directly on the beach at Melkbosstrand, offering unobstructed views of Table Mountain across the bay. The bedrooms feature rustic stink wood furnishings and spacious en-suite bathrooms, equipped with a TV with Mnet, coffee and tea making facilities, a safe, and views of the sea and mountains.

Among the amenities are a lounge area with a microwave and stocked refrigerator, as well as a pool deck. Adjacent to the property is a park and a boardwalk running along the beach, which features a natural tidal pool and is lined with cozy restaurants and a supermarket on the beachfront. To the south, the property borders a Nature Reserve with unspoilt beaches.

Guests can spend their day relaxing by the pool or on the private sun deck, watching whales or simply listening to the waves crashing against the rocks below. The hosts, who grew up locally and have over 25 years of experience in mountaineering, diving, and surfing, are available to assist guests in planning their excursions.
