Boskloof Swemgat

Boskloof Swemgat is a small farm located in the unspoiled Boskloof Valley, approximately 10 kilometers from Clanwilliam and at the foothills of the Northern Cedarberg Mountains. The farm offers seven self-catering cottages, all situated on the banks of the Jan Dissels River, providing beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. It is considered an ideal destination for a family getaway or a romantic weekend.

Visitors can explore the farm roads on foot or by mountain bike, engage in fishing and swimming activities in the unpolluted river, and admire the clear night skies filled with stars. The farm serves as a base for exploring the Cedarberg region, the coast of Lambert's Bay, Wupperthal, Namaqualand, and Clanwilliam, or simply for relaxing and enjoying the peace and tranquility of the surrounding nature. Free Wi-Fi is available at the reception and all the cottages.

One of the cottages has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with single beds. It also features a sleeper couch in the open-plan living area, accommodating two additional children. The cottage includes a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, an indoor fireplace, and an outdoor braai area.
