The villa is located in a natural heritage site that has served as a backdrop for several notable films, including Penguin Town and My Octopus Teacher. It offers a stunning view of Boulders Beach, Simons Town Harbor, and the Hottentots Mountains, creating a picturesque vista.

The villa was designed by local architects, Genesis Architects and Benchmark Interiors, and features a distinctive modern architectural style with high ceilings, pitched roofs, large windows, and metal finishes. It has a 90% off-grid status thanks to a state-of-the-art solar system, ensuring its sustainability and environmental friendliness.
