The Boutique Villa is a converted 'manor house' that has been transformed into a guesthouse. It features eight spacious en-suite bedrooms in the main house and four en-suite bedrooms in a separate cottage. The property features an outdoor pool, sun loungers, and a garden, providing ample space for relaxation. Ample off-road parking is available, and the property is surrounded by an electric fence for added security.

The Boutique Villa is situated in Somerset West, an area that offers a plethora of activities and attractions. Guests can embark on hiking adventures up the Helderberg Mountain or explore the numerous wine farms in the region, including those located in Stellenbosch, Franschoek, and Paarl. The beach is also conveniently located just a 10-minute drive away, and Cape Town is approximately 30 minutes away by car.

The smallest room at the Boutique Villa offers a queen-sized bed with luxury bedding, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a color TV with DStv channels, tea/coffee-making facilities, and a mini-fridge. Breakfast is included in the room rate, and guests have access to shared kitchen and lounge/dining areas.
