Breakers 414 is a luxury studio apartment located at the Breakers Resort Hotel in Umhlanga. The complex features a communal swimming pool, and guests have access to all the resort facilities, undercover parking, and uncapped Wi-Fi within the room.

The compact apartment can accommodate two adults and two small children, consisting of a combined living, kitchen, and sleeping area.
