Breaking Waves

Breaking Waves is a holiday house situated on the beachfront in the quiet coastal village of Kini Bay. It offers accommodation for up to six guests, consisting of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms share a bathroom and are each furnished with a queen-size bed. A camp cot and a compact traveling system are available for travelers with a baby.

The house features a large living area that opens up onto a deck with a heated splash pool and panoramic sea views. The living area is furnished with comfortable seating, an 80-inch flat-screen smart TV with full HD DSTV, and fast uncapped WiFi. During power interruptions or load shedding, a backup battery keeps some lights, the TV, and WiFi running, and there is a plug available for charging devices.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, providing ample workspace for preparing meals while enjoying the fantastic sea view. The entertainment room offers a bar with stools, a wine fridge, a big indoor braai (barbecue), and a pool table. Breaking Waves is fully enclosed and protected with an alarm system linked to armed response, and secure parking is available in the double garage with an automated door.

Guests can enjoy whale watching and observing bottlenose dolphins surfing in the waves from the patio. The property offers a huge lawn leading down to the beach, a heated pool with a safety cover, a pool table, and an 80-inch flat-screen smart TV, making it suitable for families with children of all ages. Kini Bay beach has safe gullies for swimming, rock pools for exploring, great fishing locations, and regular sightings of sea otters.
