Brenton Bushbuck Lodge

Brenton Bushbuck Lodge is a spacious and comfortable self-catering apartment located in the beautiful Brenton on Sea, Knysna. Although the apartment does not have a sea view, there is a well-maintained pathway called Fisherman's Walk directly behind the unit, which takes visitors along the dune and down to a secluded beach via steep stairs, or they can sit and relax while taking in the stunning view at one of the many benches placed along the gentle path.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a stand-alone bath. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, washbasin, and toilet, while the second room has a double bed, and its en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi and a premium package DStv. The open-plan lounge/dining room area includes a sleeper couch.

The patio overlooks the indigenous garden and has a Weber charcoal braai for convenience. Visitors can watch the sunset while relaxing on the comfortable garden furniture after a day of fun in the sun. Towels are provided, and guests have access to a beach umbrella and three boogie boards.

The lodge is a short walk from the blue flag Brenton-on-Sea beach, where visitors can walk all the way to Buffalo Bay, approximately 5km of pristine beach. Guests can relax over a meal at the Brenton Blu Restaurant or the Indigo Delicatessen, situated at the Brenton Haven Hotel, while enjoying amazing sunsets and, if lucky, watching dolphins frolic. Alternatively, they can have a pizza or casual meal and craft beer at the vibey Nautical South Restaurant, located on the way to the beach.

Children of all ages are welcome. There are two sleeper couches in the lounge/dining open plan area, and a travel crib and high chair are available for infants. The accommodation features a king-size bed with bath, en-suite shower, and toilet in Bedroom 1, and a double bed, en-suite shower, and toilet in Bathroom 2. Additional amenities include an open plan lounge, sleeper couch, patio, self-catering facilities, television, full DSTV, Netflix, DVD player, tea and coffee facilities, and Wi-Fi.
