Brenwin Guest House

Brenwin Guest House was constructed in 1830 for the Port Captain. The establishment has successfully integrated its historical character with modern amenities, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that aims to provide guests with a memorable stay. It is conveniently located in Green Point, in close proximity to the city center, the V&A Waterfront, and the ICC.

The guest house offers a range of accommodation options, including three double Select Rooms, 10 Standard double rooms (one of which has an interleading single room), three apartments that can accommodate up to four people, and a Poolside Apartment. The apartments feature an open-plan lounge and kitchen area. Guests can choose to book the apartments on a bed and breakfast or a self-catering basis.

The rooms are equipped with queen-size, double, and/or twin beds, some of which are extra-length. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with either Victorian baths and showers or showers only. Additionally, the units are furnished with bar fridges, tea and coffee hospitality trays, satellite TVs, direct-line telephones, private wall safes, and central heating.

Children are welcome at the guest house, provided they can swim. There is no charge for children aged seven years and younger. Parents are expected to ensure that their children do not disturb other guests. Please note that the rate for a sleeper couch is R450 per person, and the rate for a day room is R500. There is no charge for children aged seven years or younger. If guests opt for self-catering, a deduction of R40 per person per day applies.
