Brenwin Guest House, a historic establishment built in 1830 for the Port Captain, is situated on the slopes of Signal Hill in Green Point, Cape Town. The property successfully combines its historical character with modern amenities and is conveniently located within a ten-minute walk from the V&A Waterfront and Green Point Stadium, and close to the city centre and CTICC.

The accommodation offers various room types to suit different needs. There are ten Standard rooms with en-suite bathrooms featuring showers, comprising five twin-bedded rooms, two with double beds, and three with queen beds. One queen-bedded room includes an interconnecting room with a single sleeper couch. The three Select rooms are more spacious and luxurious, with two featuring both bath and shower facilities, while one has a shower only.

The property also includes three fully equipped apartments located at the back of the guest house, two of which feature private courtyards with barbecue facilities. These apartments are twin-bedded with sleeper couches in the open-plan lounge/kitchen areas. Additionally, there is a Poolside Apartment at the front of the property, featuring a queen bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, and a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen area.

All accommodations are equipped with modern amenities including satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, bar fridges, tea and coffee facilities, direct-line telephones, private wall safes, and central heating. The property features an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens. Children are welcome at the guest house, provided they can swim, with no charge for children aged seven years and younger.
