Unit 3 is a one-bedroom unit with a queen bed (or two single beds) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. The lounge area has comfortable seating, a TV with DStv, and an additional single bed. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a patio with braai facilities are provided, along with secure undercover parking.

Unit 4 is a room with a private entrance from the parking area, featuring two single beds (which may be converted to a king bed), a shower, basin, and toilet. It has a small kitchen nook with a kettle, fridge, and microwave, as well as basic necessities like coffee mugs, cutlery, and crockery for two guests. This unit is ideal for business persons seeking a safe and secure room without unnecessary disturbances from staff or owners.
