The Broncur Beach House is situated in the village of Palm Beach, between Margate on the Hibiscus Coast and Port Edward on the southern coast of KwaZulu-Natal. It is located within the boundaries of the Mpenjati Nature Reserve, surrounded by natural vegetation, birdlife, and a tranquil atmosphere complemented by the sea breeze.

The establishment offers fully equipped and furnished self-catering accommodation in separate cottages. One cottage consists of four bedrooms that can accommodate eight guests, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area with DStv. There are also two private units, Serenity 1 and Serenity 2, catering to different guest capacities, with optional breakfast available at an additional charge. The units are equipped with basic kitchen amenities, but cooking is not permitted, and they have DStv hotel packages.

Guests can enjoy an entertainment area that can be booked out, braai facilities allocated for the self-catering cottage and separate braai facilities for Serenity 1 and 2 available for daily hire. Parking is provided on the premises. Guests are required to bring their own towels, as they are not supplied by the establishment. However, beach umbrellas, beach towels, and regular towels can be hired.

The area offers various attractions, including the Mpenjati Nature Reserve, Wildcoast Sun, Wild Waves, San Lameer Golf Course, and stunning blue flag beaches. Palm Beach and its tidal pool are within a 7-10 minute walk from the establishment. There is also an amazing pool area on the property for guests to relax and soak up the sun.

A portion of the booking fee (R20) is donated to the Thrive Foundation, which aids impoverished communities. The establishment also offers a stunning function venue that can accommodate up to 150 guests, creating a romantic atmosphere under the starry sky and amid lush rustic vegetation and the sounds of crickets.

Recreational facilities include a volleyball area, trampoline, soccer nets, and a large secure garden for children to play freely. The establishment overlooks Palm Beach, which has a tidal pool ideal for children and great fishing spots, making it a hidden gem in the village.

The Broncur Self-Catering unit is a separate stand-alone chalet that can accommodate eight guests in four bedrooms, with two en-suite bathrooms and two rooms sharing a bathroom. Guests can request a full inventory to assist with packing. There is an outside covered area with private braai facilities, and guests have access to the entertainment area, boma, and bar area on the main accommodation premises, which can be hired out for private functions. The large garden areas are available for use at guests' own risk, with caution advised due to the presence of a pond.

Additional charges apply for children aged 0-12 (R120 per child), and guests are advised to bring their own DStv decoder with a smartcard and towels. Unit servicing is available during the stay at an additional cost of R150 per day, with payment made in advance for the required days. Guests are responsible for providing their own detergents, bin bags, and hygiene necessities for their stay, as the establishment will only provide a limited amount upon check-in, with additional items available for sale.
