Additionally, there is a loft apartment with two bedrooms, a large full bathroom, an open-plan lounge and kitchen, as well as a private balcony.

The property also includes a three-bedroom house with a kitchen, patio, lounge, conference room seating up to 30 delegates, a braai area, and safe parking. The guest house is located 1 km from the Nelson Mandela Bay soccer stadium and features a tranquil garden for relaxation. It is conveniently situated for both business and leisure, being close to the Greenacres shopping center and sports centers. The property is situated on a quiet road close to Cape and Mount Road and is a mere 10-minute drive from the beachfront and 40 minutes from the Addo Elephant Park.

The main guest house building was constructed in 1907 and holds historical significance. It formerly belonged to a lady named Ray Schauder, who was a doctor and turned it into a home for unmarried mothers in the 1960s. Dr. Schauder passed away after a melanoma was left untreated. The property was declared a memorial home for Dr. Ray Schauder, whose father, Adolf Schauder, was the mayor of Port Elizabeth in 1942 and had a location named after him for his good work and assistance to people in Schauderville during the 1940s and beyond. The property later became part of the Salvation Army before being sold to the present owners in 1998. The home was renovated while preserving its original Oregon pine features, high ceilings, and large rooms within a tranquil garden setting.
