Bullers Rest Lodge

Bullers Rest Lodge is an upmarket, country-style thatched lodge situated in the leafy suburbs of Ladysmith, in the heart of the Anglo-Zulu and Anglo-Boer War Battlefields. It offers spacious, comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation as well as delicious dinners on request in a family atmosphere. Guests can relax with a drink in the lodge's famous "Boer War" Pub, which is surrounded by original battlefield artifacts, or on the magnificent sun deck overlooking Ladysmith and the majestic Drakensberg mountains.

The lodge has 13 comfortable, single and double en-suite rooms, including three family rooms. All rooms are equipped with Television, DStv, Heaters, Fans, and Tea/Coffee facilities. The lodge also has a secure parking facility and a safe to store valuable items. Commercial travelers and sales representatives are welcome. The Ladysmith Golf Course is located nearby for those who prefer less historical walks.

One of the rooms, accessed via a flight of stairs in the main building, features a Queen bed for single occupation, a shower en-suite, a flat-screen Television, DSTV, Wireless Internet Access, an Electric Blanket, an Airconditioner, and Tea/Coffee facilities. This room is non-smoking.
