Bundox River Lodge

Bundox River Lodge offers an extraordinary safari experience, situated on a gentle bend of the perennial Olifants River in the northern region of the Balule Game Reserve. The lodge's elevated position on the southern riverbank provides spectacular upstream and downstream views, where magnificent riparian trees line the banks, offering natural shade and shelter for wildlife.

The brand-new tented camp is thoughtfully integrated into its surroundings, with wooden walkways raised above the sensitive riverbank to minimize environmental impact. The design creates a mystical haven that embodies the spirit of wild Africa, perfectly blending with the natural environment.

The lodge features five luxury safari tents, each accommodating a maximum of two guests. All tents are equipped with either twin or convertible king-size beds and include en-suite bathrooms with outdoor showers, flushing toilets, and hot and cold running water. Each unit features insect-proof mesh, a fan for comfort, and a spacious private deck, with most offering direct views over the river. The lodge's design emphasizes the connection with the pristine African wilderness while maintaining modern comforts.
