The Bushwillow Collection offers three different accommodation options to cater to various preferences. It aims to provide a personalized service to its guests. The Lodge features warm wooden floors, reed ceilings, and muted colors, creating a serene ambiance that connects guests with nature. It offers good, honest home cooking, and guests can gather at the central lodge area with a pool deck to share their adventures. The Lodge offers self-catering, dinner bed and breakfast, or all-inclusive packages.
Guests can also choose one of the Boutique self-catering chalets, each with a private pool and quirky design. Breakfast or evening meals at the lodge are available, subject to availability. For a cozy escape, the self-catering Cottage with a thatched roof situated under tall and rare Lebombo Wattles is an option. It features a spa bath on the outside deck, allowing guests to relax and listen to the sounds of the African night.
The Bushwillow Collection is ideally located, providing access to both bush and beach experiences. Nearby attractions include the world-renowned Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Park, known for its Big Five, as well as other important game parks in the area. Guests can enjoy excursions to Sodwana Bay, Cape Vidal, Charters Creek, and False Bay to discover coral reefs, sandy beaches, and coastal dunes. The Greater St Lucia (Isimangaliso) Wetland Park, a recently declared World Heritage Site and the most important estuarine wetland system in Africa, offers mangrove swamps, ancient sand forests, and magnificent lakes.
For adventurous guests, the area offers activities such as canoeing, horse-riding, and diving trips. Those seeking relaxation can visit a nearby spa for pampering treatments. The Bushwillow Collection also offers on-site activities like stargazing, spider walks, frogging, and dragonfly and butterfly walks, where guests may encounter giraffes at their windows and zebras at their decks.
