C Flat

C Flat is a multi-story seaside self-catering apartment building located approximately 80 meters from the beach in Herolds Bay. The apartments are situated on the first and second floors and are accessible through an internal communal stairwell. Each apartment is allocated one parking space in a lockup garage.

The apartments are equipped with various amenities, including cutlery and crockery, linens, bedding, electric blankets, oil fin heaters, Weber barbecue with BBQ tools in High C, and a built-in barbecue (braai) in Middle C. Additionally, they feature a toaster, kettle, refrigerator with a freezing compartment, microwave, hob and oven with an extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. The units also have a Nespresso coffee machine. Lithium backup batteries power the WiFi, TV, refrigerator, and some lights during load shedding, as well as a gas camping cooker plate and LED rechargeable light. A small safe is available.

A starter pack of dishwashing detergent and tablets, machine washing liquid, bath soap, and shampoo is provided. Free WiFi and a TV with the DSTV Premium Bouquet are available. High C Flat is a 2-bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 guests, featuring an open plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen with a patio on the second floor. The apartment is reached by a communal stairwell with 4 landings and 36 steps. Middle C Flat is a 2-bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 guests. It features a roomy, open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen, and TV with a balcony on the first floor, accessed by 2 landings and 18 steps in a communal stairwell.

Each unit has single beds in one room. A camping cot, high chair, baby bath, and miscellaneous baby equipment can be requested when booking. Herolds Bay is a Blue Flag Beach with lifeguards on duty during the holidays and most weekends during the summer. The property provides beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach toys for guests' use.
