C10 Laguna is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom ground-floor apartment located in the charming seaside community of Greenways Golf Estate, situated between the towns of Strand and Gordons Bay. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. It features an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a comfortable lounge with a Smart TV equipped with Netflix, and DSTV available upon request. Additionally, there is a six-seater dining table and a small open patio with braai facilities, while a kettle braai is available in the garage.

The apartment provides WiFi access, and an inverter powers the WiFi, TV, and one standing lamp (note that it should not be used for kettles, hairdryers, etc.).
