Camps Bay House

The Camps Bay House is a modern and spacious residence located in a quiet residential area of Camps Bay. It features unobstructed views of the sea and mountains. The house comprises of four bedrooms, one of which is a loft room. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a marble bath and shower.

The remaining rooms are equipped with comfortable double and single beds. Two of these rooms offer views of the sea and Lion's Head, and they open onto the garden and swimming pool area. The loft room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and it is furnished with a queen-size bed upstairs as well as a single bed and sleeper couch downstairs.

The open-plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a stove, oven, and refrigerator. Additionally, there is a scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble-dryer. The house has two lounge areas: the upstairs lounge offers views of the beach and Lion's Head, and it is equipped with a TV with DStv; the downstairs lounge provides views of the sea, Table Mountain, and the Twelve Apostles Mountains, and it also has a TV with DStv. This living area opens onto a terrace with a built-in barbecue area.

The property features a swimming pool, a garden with a trampoline and jungle gym for younger guests, and it borders the Table Mountain Nature Reserve. A gate from the garden leads directly into the reserve, allowing guests to enjoy hikes or walks to the top of Table Mountain. The Camps Bay House is located within 2 km from the beachfront, restaurants, shops, and various entertainment areas, and it is within a 10-minute drive from the V & A Waterfront and the Cape Town CBD.
