Canyon Village, Gondwana Collection Namibia

Canyon Village, part of the Gondwana Collection Namibia, is situated in the Karas region near the Fish River Canyon. The property features distinctive stone-and-thatch chalets arranged in a horseshoe formation around young quiver trees, with a central thatched area housing the restaurant, bar, lounge, and reception, adorned with vibrant bougainvillea.

The establishment celebrates the rich Nama culture and southern Namibian history through its decor, featuring historical murals, an antique ox-wagon, and a preserved horse cart. Staff members wear traditional Nama patchwork dress and headdresses, embodying the region's cultural heritage. The property serves as an ideal base for exploring the Fish River Canyon, located twenty kilometers away.
