Caribbean Estate Deluxe is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom ground floor unit located in a secure estate in the seaside town of Port Edward, on the South Coast. The estate is situated near Wild Coast Sun, the Umtamvuna River, and the beach.

The unit features a main bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a door leading to the front veranda with two outside chairs. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath. The other two bedrooms are fitted with double beds and share a bathroom with a shower. All rooms have air conditioning. Daily service is included, except on Sundays and public holidays.

The living area consists of an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, and washing machine, while the lounge has a flat-screen TV with DStv. The unit also has two carports, a Weber braai, and uncapped WiFi.

The estate offers plenty of family-friendly facilities, including La Vita spa, swimming pools, tennis courts, and a kids' play area. The unit has a backup water tank, covered parking, DStv, a washer, air conditioning in all rooms, and limited housekeeping services. It is equipped for self-catering.
