Catmandu

Catmandu is a self-catering house located in the prestigious Oak Lane Estate at the Dullstroom Dam. It provides security and comfort for all visitors to the area.

The house was designed to maximize exposure to the 100-year-old Oak Trees that give the estate its name. Large sash windows offer views of these beautiful trees, enhancing the seasonal changes throughout the year.

The three-bedroom house can comfortably accommodate six people. The downstairs bedroom has two three-quarter beds, while one of the upstairs bedrooms has two double beds, and the other has a queen-sized bed. All three bedrooms have separate bathrooms and electrical fin heaters.

The house features a fully-equipped kitchen and an open-plan dining area with a large gas stove, oven, and ample counter space for preparing meals while socializing in front of the large jet-master fireplace. There is also a separate scullery with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area leads to a large patio with a built-in undercover braai area and a separate gas braai.

The cozy yet spacious lounge offers full DStv facilities. Visitors can explore the area's beauty by going on hikes, horse riding, and intimate picnics beside waterfalls. They can also stroll through a variety of wild flowers and catch glimpses of secretive fauna, or go on fishing expeditions at the dam.
