The property features four one-bedroom self-catering apartments that are light and open with lovely views. The upstairs apartments are air-conditioned, while the downstairs apartments have fans. Each apartment includes an en-suite bedroom with a shower and a kitchenette. The upstairs apartments are furnished with single beds that can be converted into king-size beds, and the downstairs apartments have either a double bed or two single beds that can also be converted. Bedding and bath towels are provided.

Each living area is equipped with a table, chairs, a daybed or sleeper couch, and a TV set. The kitchenettes are fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery, and cutlery.
