Cayden's Place

Cayden's Place is a double-story, self-catering home located in the well-established and safe neighborhood of On Golden Mile in St. Helena Bay. It is situated just a short walk away from a long stretch of sandy beach. The house consists of three bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests at a time.

The main bedroom is located upstairs and features a king-size bed. The second bedroom is also situated upstairs and is equipped with a double bed and a private balcony. These two bedrooms share a bathroom that includes a shower, basin, and toilet. The third bedroom is a revamped garage located downstairs and has a tri-bunk bed. The second bathroom is also situated downstairs and is fitted with a shower, bath, toilet, and basin.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee and tea-making facilities, dishwasher, crockery, and cutlery. It also features a large indoor braai. The lounge area offers comfortable couches, including a single sleeper couch, as well as a TV with DStv and a dining area with ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge also features a foosball table for entertainment.

The living area opens through large, tinted stack doors to a covered braai area where guests can enjoy preparing meals together. The backyard is fully enclosed. Secure parking is provided on the premises. Cayden's Place is located in a friendly neighborhood, and the bay offers various water sports activities such as paddling, sailing, skiing, diving, kayaking, windsurfing, and bodyboarding. Guests can also enjoy walking or jogging, and the Shelley Point Golf club is within 4 km of the house.

Cayden's Place is a true West-Coast style home, perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking a weekend getaway. Please note that the house requires an additional refundable breakage deposit of R500.00 and a post-departure cleaning fee of R500.00.
