Cayman Beach House No 38 is a comfortable double-storey self-catering townhouse located in a secure complex in Gordon's Bay. The complex offers direct beach access, a swimming pool, squash and tennis courts, and 24-hour security. The townhouse can accommodate up to eight guests and comprises three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area.

The main bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a double bed, and the third bedroom contains twin single beds. Additionally, there is a single bed and a sleeper couch in the lounge area.
