The main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin, while bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom but have separate toilets. The property is wheelchair and mobility assist friendly, and smoking is not allowed inside the house.

The town has a single entrance and exit, which is monitored by security with boom gates. Additional security personnel patrol the streets and beachfront. The property is fully serviced, with at least one staff member on duty at all times. Small weddings with a maximum of 40 guests are permitted, subject to a venue charge of R2500.
